This Privacy Policy explains how Brandoma ("Brandoma", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our website and application (the "Service") at brandoma.vip. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and (if you use Google sign-in) basic profile information from your Google account, via Supabase Auth.

1.2 Brand and content data

When you use Brandoma to build a brand kit or generate social creatives, we collect and store:

• The website URL you provide for brand extraction, and the brand kit we derive from it (logo, colors, fonts, tone, and other brand details you edit in Brand Studio)
• The briefs you write and the images we generate from them
• Content you schedule and the captions you write for social posts

1.3 Connected social accounts

If you connect a Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn account to publish scheduled posts, we store the connection (via our sub-processor Composio) needed to post on your behalf. We do not access your social accounts for any purpose beyond publishing the content you schedule.

1.4 Payment information

Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. We store your subscription status, billing history, and payment reference. We do not store your full card details ourselves.

1.5 Usage data

We automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, generation activity, and device/browser information, via PostHog analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• To generate your brand kit and social creatives using third-party AI providers (see Section 3)
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To publish content to social accounts you've connected, at your request
• To communicate with you about your account or the Service
• To monitor usage, prevent abuse, and improve the Service

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following service providers strictly to operate the Service. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose described:

• Supabase: authentication and database hosting
• Cloudinary: storage and delivery of brand images and generated creatives
• OpenAI: generating post copy and summarizing brand style from the content you provide
• SiliconFlow: AI image generation for your social creatives
• Firecrawl: scraping the website you provide during brand extraction
• Composio: connecting and publishing to your authorized social media accounts
• Paddle: payment processing and subscription billing
• PostHog: product analytics

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and brand data for as long as your account is active. Generated creatives on the free tier expire and are removed automatically after 7 days; paid tiers retain creatives indefinitely while your subscription is active. You can delete a brand, its creatives, or your account at any time from Brand Studio and Settings, which permanently removes the associated data and stored images.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of this directly in the app (Brand Studio, My Brands, Settings), or contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (via Supabase) and analytics cookies (via PostHog) to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, access controls, and Row Level Security on our database, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
