Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Brandoma ("Brandoma", "we", "us", or "our") at brandoma.vip (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Brandoma extracts a brand kit from a website URL you provide, then generates on-brand social media creatives from that brand kit and a brief you write. If you connect a Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn account, Brandoma can schedule and publish those creatives on your behalf, at your request.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Plans, Billing & Cancellation

Brandoma offers a Free plan and a Pro plan, billed monthly or annually. Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings inside the app, which opens Paddle's hosted subscription management page; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period except as described in our Refund Policy.

We may change plan pricing or features going forward. Changes won't apply retroactively to a billing period you've already paid for.

4. Fair Use

Free plan generation limits and Pro plan generation volume are described on our Pricing page and enforced automatically. We reserve the right to apply reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse and protect the Service for all users, even on paid plans.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of the website content you provide, the briefs you write, and the creatives Brandoma generates for you. By using the Service, you grant us the limited right to process that content (including sending it to the third-party providers listed in our Privacy Policy) solely to operate the Service, such as extracting your brand kit, generating creatives, and publishing scheduled posts you've authorized.

You're responsible for the content you submit and generate, including having the rights to any website, logo, or brand material you provide, and for the accuracy of anything you publish through connected social accounts. Don't use the Service to generate or publish content that's illegal, infringing, or violates a third-party platform's (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn) own terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Creatives are generated using third-party AI image models. Output can vary between runs, and spelling, layout, or brand accuracy isn't guaranteed. Review generated creatives before publishing or scheduling them.

7. Connected Social Accounts

When you connect a social account, you authorize Brandoma to publish content you create or schedule to that account, via Composio. You can disconnect a connected account at any time from Channels in the app, which also revokes Brandoma's access.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent generation limits, rate limits, or billing
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation or security

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Service Availability

The Service depends on third-party providers (AI image generation, hosting, social platforms) and may be interrupted or changed from time to time. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brandoma is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including content published to connected social accounts.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
